CASTELNAUD-LA-CHAPELLE
In the heart of the Périgord Noir, the Domaine de Vielcroze perpetuates the know-how of walnuts and truffles, emblems of a Périgord region that we celebrate.
It is at the foot of the majestic castle of Castelnaud, in an 18th century farmhouse, that the Walnut Ecomuseum has been established, surrounded by a 7-hectare organic walnut grove. The estate’s truffle farm, nearby, offers you an initiatory approach to unraveling the mystery of the black diamond of Périgord, with a succulent tasting at the end of the journey.
Our restaurant, La Cour du Moulin, welcomes you for artisanal Périgord specialties. More than a dive into the heart of ancient know-how, the Vielcroze estate is an ode to the outdoors, a celebration of good things and a haven of conviviality in Périgord Noir. Welcome !
